PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

By using this blog, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which BlackArmoire (BA) may change at any time. Please review these terms and conditions periodically for changes and modifications. Your continued use of BA now, or following the posting of any such notice of any changes will indicate acceptance by you of such modifications

**All Terms and Conditions are also applicable to Pre-order shipments, unless otherwise stated**

1)There is NO minimum purchase required. Discounts and attractive Offers are given for min. purchase of 3pcs and above only. (Not applicable for Pre-orders)

2)Please place your orders with us using the on-line form which can be found Here.

3)All prices stated are in Singapore dollars(SGD), inclusive of shipping cost of items to Singapore except Local delivery charges. Ref Delivery & Postage Charges.

4)We do not do meet-up. All parcels are delivered by Sing Post.

5)Full payment must be made within 2-3 days from receipt date of our Email confirmation to you. Failure to do so may result in Cancellation of order from your order list and your item(s) will be sold to another interested buyer.

6)Any Change or Cancellation of order will NOT be accepted after order is confirmed/ submitted, so only place an order after serious consideration.

7)Available stock item(s) will be mailed within 3-5 working days once we confirmed payment is received. A notification email will be sent to inform you. (Not applicable for Pre-orders)

8)All items will be checked to ensure they are in good conditions before mailing out. BlackArmoire will not be liable for any damages found after items are being mailed out.

9)BlackArmoire shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail regardless of delivery by Normal or Registered mail. We strongly recommend customers to use Registered mail.

10)All items sold are Non-Exchangeable, Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable. Ref Exchange Policy.

11)All sizes and measurements stated are provided by our overseas suppliers. Measurements may slightly differ from actual item(s) purchased as product vary from different batches. Allow an estimate of 3cm differences on measurement.

12)Image/ Color of items may slightly differ due to the color resolution of different computers and cameras/ photography lightings.

13)ALL items are Subject to stock availability.

14)BlackArmoire operates on 5 Days week (From Monday to Friday only). We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Do drop us an email if there is any special request on delivery of item(s) and we will let you know if we can meet your requirement.

15)BlackArmoire reserves the right to add, modify or delete any price, product, service or new item referred to in this blog/ website without prior notice. Please review these terms and conditions periodically for changes.

Reservation Policies
**Reservation Policies are NOT applicable for Pre-orders**

1)Please drop us an email request for Reservation of item(s) and we shall check stock availability and revert back to you within 2 working days.

2) Reservation of item(s) is only valid upon receiving of your payment. To avoid unavailability of stock, payment should be made within 2 working days upon receipt of our confirmation email to you.

3)"SOLD OUT' item(s) will be indent from overseas suppliers. Please allow an est. of 2-4 weeks for shipment transit time. (Subject to stock availability and shipment delay at times...)

Exchange Policies

1)An Exchange of item will be made only if the product we delivered is of the wrong item no., wrong color and/ size of what the customer has ordered.

2)Item shall be returned with full and original packaging and condition. ( include tag, label, packaging bag, shopping bag)
* Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.

3)If the item is 'wrongly' delivered to you. We allow an exchange within 7 working days from the Delivery Date.
*Case by case basis for Reserved, Sold Out, Indent items and Pre-orders only.

Pre-Order Shipment (T&C)

**ADDITIONAL Terms and Conditions for Pre-Orders**

Word of Advice : Have lotz of PATIENCE and wait for your items to arrive…

1. Pre-orders may take around 1-2 months to complete. Please DO NOT submit your orders if you cannot wait for 4-8 weeks.
(If the response is good, your waiting time may be around 3-6 weeks only)

2. Goods will arrived around 2-3 weeks after the Pre-order closing date. Status will be updated regularly on this blog/ website. Once again, your patience are highly appreciated.

3. Orders made after the Pre-orders closing date will NOT be accepted.

4. NO refund of payment will be made once your order is confirmed/ submitted.
(Refund will only be made when there is no stock at supplier whse)

4. Black Armoire reserves the right to change or cancel the Pre-order if response is poor. (Payment will be refunded in this case)

5. Those items with higher risks involved (ie : contact lens, colored lens, fake eyelashes, eye lash glue... etc). DO NOT BUY if you are wearing lens for the first time, or if you have sensitive/ dry eyes, sensitive/ dry skins or allergies to any products. Black Armoire shall NOT be held responsible for any injury or damage to your eyes or skins or health... So please buy at your OWN RISK!!...

6. Special price are NOT to be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts and offers.

5)It is the Buyer's responsibility to transfer the payment to the correct bank + account number. Please double check all infos before you hit the "confirm" button…

6)Please email us A.S.A.P should there be any clarifications and we will respond to you within 3 working days.

7)PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE OUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION ON RECEIPT OF YOUR PAYMENT! SHOULD YOU NOT HEAR FROM US AFTER 3 WORKING DAYS, PLEASE RESEND YOUR EMAIL. (SUBJECT OF EMAIL : RESEND - PAYMENT MADE. URGENT!)

5)"OUT OF STOCK" item(s), please do not order and/or cancel your order as there is no more stock at supplier's warehouse. (In this case, for payment already made to us, we will refund the amount back to Buyer due to unavailability of stock.) (Not applicable for Pre-orders)

1)Currently our deliveries are made within Singapore only. All items are sent through SingPost.

2)Local delivery via Normal post / Registered mail only.
(Max. weight allowed for each parcel is 2KG only.)

3)BlackArmoire shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail regardless of delivery by Normal or Registered mail.

4) We strongly recommend customers to use Registered mail(s).

6)SpeedPost Islandwide or Local courier service is available. Charges will be provided upon request only.

2)Mini tube / Top, Blouse, Short skirt, Chiffon dress => Est.wt.: 120gm-240gm (per item).

3)Woolen / Knitted materials, Cotton Pants /Dress => Est.wt.: 250gm-400gm (per item)

4)Jeans materials, Jeans, Jackets, Coats => Est.wt.: 420gm-1000gm (per item)
